At the World Cup, he's a huge deal because Spain's whole game plan relies on controlling the ball through the midfield, and Gavi's one of the main guys making that happen. If you're watching Spain play, look for the young kid constantly running around, threading short passes through the defense, and just seeming to always know where everyone is on the field.
